SilentAds website

Cookie Policy

This policy describes the limited cookies and local browser storage used by the SilentAds website.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small text records a website can ask a browser to store. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps a value on your device but does not send that value automatically with every web request.

SilentAds uses one necessary local-storage preference to remember your analytics choice. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only if you accept analytics.

Necessary consent preference

The browser key silentads_analytics_consent records whether you accepted or rejected analytics and when that choice expires. It is stored for up to 180 days so the website can respect your decision and avoid asking on every visit.

This preference is necessary to remember and apply your privacy choice. It does not contain your email, WordPress URL, site-topic description or pageview range.

Optional Google Analytics cookies

If you accept analytics, SilentAds loads Google Analytics 4. Google may then set first-party cookies including _ga, used to distinguish users, and _ga_*, used to maintain session state. Google documents a default lifetime of up to two years for these cookies, subject to browser limits and Analytics configuration.

SilentAds uses analytics to understand page and session activity, browser and device characteristics, and general use of the public website. It does not enable advertising storage or advertising-personalisation signals. Analytics does not run on /connect or /brand.

SilentAds does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies on this website. The commercial-offer mechanism described by the product does not itself set tracking cookies through these public website pages.

Change your choice

Analytics is optional. You can accept it, reject it, or reopen these settings at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and triggers an attempt to remove Google Analytics cookies set on the SilentAds domain. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

For more information about personal-data handling, read the Privacy Policy.
