Relationship to Publisher Terms
The Publisher Terms are incorporated into this agreement and continue to apply. If the two agreements conflict on an operational issue covered here, this Publisher Participation Agreement controls for that issue.
Service operation
SilentAds matches eligible publisher content with commercial inventory and makes the resulting offer data available through the installed plugin and SilentAds services. Features, matching methods, inventory coverage and availability may evolve as the service improves.
Testing and diagnostics
You authorize SilentAds to conduct reasonable testing and diagnostics needed to operate, secure and improve the service. This does not grant an unlimited right to collect personal information. The Privacy Policy continues to apply.
Revenue
Revenue and payout terms apply only where separately communicated and accepted, and no revenue is guaranteed. If commissions arise under an agreed revenue arrangement, the validation, approval, payment, adjustment and reversal rules in the Publisher Terms and applicable commercial terms apply.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, SilentAds may use it without owing separate compensation to improve the service. This does not transfer ownership of your site or underlying publisher content.
Participation and changes
SilentAds may change features or eligibility and may pause or end a publisher’s participation where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, inventory-provider requirements or service operation. You may disconnect your site at any time. Accrued obligations and legitimate outstanding adjustments continue to apply.
Service levels and agreement version
No guaranteed uptime or service level applies unless SilentAds and the publisher separately agree otherwise in writing.
