These terms apply when you use the silentads.ai website, download the SilentAds plugin or use a SilentAds publisher connection interface. By using those website services, you agree to use them in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
These are website terms, not a final publisher services, advertising, revenue-share or payment agreement.
Publishers who connect a site are additionally governed by the Publisher Terms and the Publisher Participation Agreement.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, probe or bypass security, abuse forms or endpoints, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use the website in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
SilentAds branding, website content, software and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of SilentAds materials to you. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Information, availability and third parties
Website information is provided for general information about the SilentAds product and may change. SilentAds may modify, suspend or withdraw website or connection functionality, and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
